Newly Hired as a GM externally. I have been training a week so far, I come from a print and manager background. Any tips for how i can best manage my team and the store?

Different Kinda question for everyone. I spend about 2-3 weeks applying for jobs. i have good skills and a good work history, but there's a problem

I ended up with 17 interviews in two to three weeks and now have offers piling up. I know I'm gonna have to let some of these recruiters down once I settle on 1 job. Whats the best way to refuse a job offer?
