Post-menopause breast soreness

Hello! I am 52, 2 years without a cycle. Up to date on pap, and mammogram - although had those last year. During peri- I saw the doctor a few times about my left breast soreness. It would always be the side that bothered me. For years. I’ve had a mammogram each heat, with the exception of a few years ago- I waited 2 years. All normal- fibrocystic changes. Well now 2 years post menopause and that breast still gets sore like it used to. Not every month/ but it’s here today and was a couple months back. Anyone else continue to feel breast soreness ? Especially on one side? Thank you for any experience with this. Thank you!

Breast soreness

Hello! 52 years old. 2 years post menopause. For about 9 years, as I entered perimenopause, my
Left breast would feel heavy, slightly swollen and sore, like I was pregnant- and especially 2 weeks before cycle. My right one rarely gave me issues. I have went to my doctor yearly and a breast specialist years ago, had mammograms every 12-18 months and had an ultrasound years back. They just tell me fibrocystic tissue or normal fibrocystic changes. Well I thought it would go away after menopause and it did briefly, and now for a year it’s back. I cannot understand why?? I am using ice, heat, ibuprofen. No bra. Help, is it just me?? It’s scary to feel breast pain, especially in one. I feel so alone in this. Thank you for anyone responding who has felt this.

Hello, I am 52, female, do not smoke or drink. I have health anxiety and have always bee worried about one of my tonsils. It has always felt a little bigger, always the one that gives me trouble if I get sick- it just seems very sensitive all the time. I have dealt with this for about ten years. It goes and comes. I have seen an ent in the past. I recently, this month, i was at the dentist for exam. I had panoramic xray, and the wing bite X-rays. I also had a neurologist appointment for a headache, and some neck- nerve issues. Neurologist ordered ct scan of head/brain. MRI of head/brain and also MRI of C-spine. The MRI were done with and without contrast. The report says no abnormalities found. Neurologist also said the images were normal, no suspicious findings. And I had my yearly blood tests at family doctor- cbc and complete metabolic panel. Doctor said all within normal limits. I know none of these images or tests have anything to do with my tonsil area. Just giving some info if tests I have had this month. The tonsil doesn’t hurt like a sore throat- it almost feels like it has a tiny scratch. It feels slight slightly a tad bigger. And to me it looks way bigger. I keep looking at it and every time I look, it just looks worse to me so it scares me. Especially since it’s always one side. The only thing I have very had happen trauma wise - on that side is - 15 years ago- I had an access tooth on the bottom that made my whole side of my face and jaw swell so bad. After antibiotics the oral surgeon removed the two bottom teeth in front of my wisdom tooth that I have in. I did not get a bridge or dentures. It is an empty space where two teeth were. And it just seems like to me that side, just never felt the same. But it’s been 15 years since that happened. I’m including pics. Hoping someone can ease my mind a bit on how they look.

⬅️⬅️that side is my worrisome side to me. Thank you all for your time and input if you read this far. 🙏
