Wondered if anyone else has favourite little snippets.
I have a serious one and a funny one:

The ability to open the xenopedia from the tactical pause menu. I want to check things like reflexes and alien weapon damage mid fight.
Quantum Array info visible on crashes. Once you have the quantum array it will tell you what type of alien is crewing a ship, which is useful for know whether you'll need mind shields, laser weapons, etc. But if you shoot that ship down, it doesn't list it on the crash site, so if you forgot to note it down you're bum out of luck
