Hey everyone! I’m looking to transfer my lease at The Seasons apartment complex (811 E. Wetmore Rd, Tucson, 85719) for the upcoming year (June 2026 through May 2027).
If you are looking for a place but don't want to get locked into a strict, traditional 12-month lease through the complex itself which forces you to stay or pay through the entire next summer this is the perfect workaround. You get the place for the academic year and can head out in May!

💰 The Financials & Room Details
Rent: $799/month
Included Bills: High-speed Wi-Fi, water, and trash are all included in the rent!
The Setup: 4-bedroom apartment, but every room has its own private bathroom.
Bonus: All current roommates are moving out, so the apartment is currently empty. If you have a friend you want to live with, they can grab a room here too!
Note: If you prefer a 3x3 layout (3 bedrooms/2 roommates total), that is also an option we can discuss! Or even 4X4!
