i want to submit a room change request to see if i might be able to get into PG, as i saw a lot of people getting last minute res there. but, i dont want to change if it’s something that’s not great. do i have to make the change even if i dont want like the options presented?

A few questions:

• Is Bates considered a good residence overall?
• How's the location? Is the walk to classes, the gym, libraries, etc reasonable?
• Is it pretty social? Do people in Bates actually meet people and hang out, or is it more quiet since it's apartment-style?
• How was your experience with roommates in a 6-person apartment?
• Are there any issues with bugs (especially cockroaches or silverfish 😭)?
• Does it get really loud, or is it generally pretty peaceful?
• How are the kitchens and bathrooms? Do they stay in decent condition?
• I know there’s no AC, but is it manageable with a fan?
• Any tips for living in Bates or things you wish you knew before moving in?

does anyone know about this off campus residence? has anyone lived there/know anyone who has lived there?

Hey! I’m an incoming Momac nursing 1st year and I’m considering 10 Bay Residence. I wanted honest opinions from people who’ve lived there.

How’s the social life, cleanliness, kitchen situation, noise level, and overall vibe? Is it worth it (as I know it’s a pricier option, but I really don’t know how to go about student housing on my own).

Also how’s the distance to classes/gym? Would you recommend it over other residences?

92.2 avg + 4Q CASPer, got accepted to Momac nursing but still waiting on Mac main site.

Just got rejected from Mac Life Sci today so I’m stressing 😭 Has anyone gotten main site nursing with similar stats / gotten a late offer? Is there another round?

i got into momac, wondering if there’s still a shot for main campus?

for reference: 92.5 average in my top 6, 4th quartile CASPER.
