Hello. I recently reached out to this subreddit for technical questions before I buy a large number of fcx18 K10s for my classroom. I decided that this is the right model but I've encountered an obstacle getting anyone at FMS to contact me directly. I need 1 form signed by a FMS model or FMS hobby representative and then my school can order via their website but the only POC I have had is via zendesk and can't sign it. Do any of you have a phone number or email I can use?

Hello. I'm a teacher that uses RC cars equipped with computer controllers to teach about machine learning and I'm looking for a new RC car to work with. I need something with high torque and low speed and the RC cars I see based on the fcx18 seem like the right fit. My only concerns are the esc/rx combo and the low vs high speed modes. Is it possible to swap the esc/Rx with a esc driven by a PWM signal? How do low vs high speed modes work? Does the transmission switch gears via a signal from the rx or does the esc/Rx combo change output ranges?
