Soft top help please 😭

Hi yall, I need your help. I accidentally told my daughter to grab a paper towel and rub the dirt off my back plastic windshield. However that quick fix lead to the scratch’s as shown on the top picture. I used Novus 2 to clean the window as much as I could for about 10 mins. I can still somewhat see the scratch’s but it looks way better than before. Is there another product and method I should try? Would appreciate any and all suggestions 😭

Hi all, as the title states, I am done with my job. I am in an extremely toxic environment. I cannot leave due to my high pay. I have been there 4 years 1 increase and no other increase in the foreseeable future. I work in tech if that tells you anything. I have worked in law firms since 2010 so I know how to do it all, from receptionist to paralegal. I have a BA in CJ.

I’ve seen some posts on here about recruiters. I have never worked with one and I’m curious to know if any recruiters are on here that I could possibly work with to obtain a new remote role. Any and all information is greatly appreciated. I have a ticking eye every morning before I log on to start my work day. I cannot talk to anyone about my current situation. I don’t like mixing work with my home life. You all are the first to know as I am embarrassed to admit my toxic work life to anyone around me.
