solution to eyes that completely disappear when you smile?

I’m so exasperated by this! Already spent $10,000 on a lower bleph with a surgeon in LA that did barely anything. Considering a canthoplasty or canthopexy or possibly an upper bleph and brow lift.

Most similar experience to alcohol buzz?

Hi folks,

I am 2 months sober from alcohol and looking for alternatives that somewhat approximate or replicate the experience of drinking (uplift, social buzz, etc.)

I am aware that weed and alcohol are different molecules/chemicals and will therefore never have a 1:1 replacement, but I’m wondering if anyone else has found a THC/CBD drink that comes close enough that it scratches the itch? What’s worked well for you? TIA

(Context: I take 5mg edibles to sleep a couple times a month, so relatively low tolerance)

Types of lip filler that migrate less?

Hi guys, I’ve been getting lip filler on and off for a couple years. I almost always have to dissolve it after six months because it migrate so quickly. I’m wondering if it’s just the type of filler or the brand that I’m using?
Last time I used RHA, which was supposed to be a new type of HA filler that is more malleable naturally with your lip. I go to a top plastic surgeons office in San Francisco to receive it, so I know it’s not because I have a bad injector.

I work in SF tech at a startup and, despite a strong background, feel purposeless. I’m considering going back to school for a different subject, which means finding a lower-intensity day job so I can study at night.

I want to avoid roles like bartending or waitressing that require constant attention, and instead find jobs with built-in downtime where I can study (e.g., security desk, front desk roles during slow hours).

Any suggestions for jobs like this? Thank you in advance.

Hi yall,

I get these wrinkles under my eyes when I smile - more so than your average person. (Please note, this is different from hollows / black circles under the eyes.) I previously got a $10k lower blepharoplasty to address this and it did nothing.

I’m trying to get to the root of what might be causing it and what I can do to address. I’m considering under eye fat repositioning (to fill the wrinkled area), but I’m also wondering if maybe my cheek muscles are just too strong, and are pushing the skin up? Any other ideas?

I never want to smile or laugh because of this.

I have this… large neck (? Haha) under my chin. It’s very confusing because I’m not overweight. While there is a little bit of fat and skin it doesn’t really seem like enough to be causing the appearance; when I touch it it actually feels like it’s my throat. Is this perhaps from bad posture? Is there anything I can do to correct it? I’ve heard some people say Botox but it can affect swallowing and unsure if it works. TIA
