Son (12) sees me lifting daily. Wants to join me. Any advice?

I have already spoken with his pediatrician, and they are all on board. I know lifting at a young age is totally fine.

Right now I am focusing on FORM over the "high number". But of course he can't lift the bar so anything with a barbell is out.

He hears me talk a lot so he knows all about splits and the like.

Because it is harder for him to "be consistent" on the days he can go with me, I'm thinking FULL BODY when he can.

Dumbbell stuff mostly, some machines (if he can literally fit in them properly).

He loves and plays soccer. He wants to do stuff "that will make him better at soccer". Any advice here would also be great!

Last I am making sure he understands the value of nutrition! This is also a good pivot to getting him to eat more whole/real foods.
