Granny’s Treasures
My Granny recently passed away. She was a lifelong builder of miniature scenes and dollhouses (please forgive if I’m not using the right terminology, I know she would say they’re not toys!). These are just a few that I brought home that I thought we may have room to display. I’m not exaggerating when I say there are easily a hundred of scenes and houses like this. Some smaller, some much bigger.
This brings me to my question for you all. Can anyone help me as to what to do with all these items? If everyone in my family took some, we still wouldn’t be able to display them all, and I definitely don’t want to see them thrown away. She had too much time/money/love in them for that.
As far as I know, the local club she was in doesn’t exist anymore and I don’t know where to start. Also, I’m not the executor of the estate, so I really have no say, just trying to get an idea.
