Hi everyone! Just wanted to ask about the matcha latte at Tsujiri Molito Alabang because I’m genuinely curious if it has always been like this.

I ordered their matcha latte recently, but I found the matcha flavor quite light and milky. I was expecting a stronger, more earthy/umami matcha taste, so I was a little disappointed.

I actually asked what matcha powder they use and even mentioned one of the matcha options I saw, but I was told that their matcha lattes are already pre-made. I think I was just surprised because I noticed the matcha whisk sets laid out on the counter, so I assumed the drinks were prepared fresh from scratch. 😅 I guess the whisk sets might just be part of the setup/decor, which is totally fine—I just misunderstood!

For those who have tried Tsujiri Molito, has their matcha latte always been this light? Or was mine just an off day? Would love to hear your experiences. Thank you! 😊

I recently tried The Haku Cafe matcha and really loved the flavor. I’m looking for something similar—earthy, rich, strong, and umami-forward, rather than something very light, sweet, or delicate.

For those who have tried both Qing Xi and Moli:

- Which one would you recommend if I’m trying to get something close to The Haku Cafe?
