Has anyone used low dose accutane? This is my next step since doxy doesn’t work for me after 6 weeks.

Anyone use low dose accutane for PD/Rosacea combo?? Did it help? Not much redness but I have bumps presenting around my eyes, nose, and cheeks. Doxy did nothing for me after 6 weeks. It actually got worse. I’ve tried all the topicals. Derm wants to try accutane!
