My mom is planning to take me to Seattle from October 23-26 for my birthday! It’ll be both our first time there (we are from SoCal). My actual birthday is the 25th. She is 40 so we are pretty similar, both very into fun activities and attractions.

We’ve never really heard of anything to do so I’m looking for some recommendations. I love thrifting, vintage markets, record stores. I’m a big music fan, museum nerd, we are not against tourist-y stuff either. Also any breakfast, lunch, dinner or desert spots? I think we’ll be walking mostly or uber every now and then.

This is what we have so far just as a list:

Easy street records
Fremont vintage mall
Fremont Sunday market
Bainbridge island ferry
Ballard market
Kerry park (nighttime view)
Pike place market
Space needle

I only got a $300 disbursement .. that’s literally $1.1k less than I have gotten every year. This is literally only gonna fund a parking pass at this point. Financial aid office is no help either. What’s going on here

Any recommendations for a good and affordable mouthwash? While we’re on the topic, what about floss? I use the Honest brand ones I find at tjmaxx but I’d like to know if there’s something better. Thanks!!
