can somebody please tell me why this happens the minute i turn it on screen almost always freezes on me trying to type the password in. im tired of having to restart it over just seconds after it powers on. what could possibly be the reason?
(its a LeGo1 z1extreme)

i lost access to steam guard, my email, and can’t remember my password. the only thing i have access to for the moment is the session on my pc and the registered phone number.
is this enough for steam to give me access back or? i submitted a request already but i need to know now cuz im buying games n cant tell if i should
