How to create custom folders in Windows MAME UI

How can I create custom folders in the Windows MAME UI to add games to? Currently there's only a Favorites I can add to.

Based on some searching, I have already tried with NO success...

  1. creating a /mame/folders directory

  2. adding a file Pinball.ini to that folder with the following in it

[FOLDER_SETTINGS]

RootFolderIcon golden

SubFolderIcon golden

[ROOT_FOLDER]

Pressure Washer - Honda GC160 engine

Pressure washer won't start this year. I noticed a small amber-ish hose just hanging down - one end not attached to anything. (See pic). Should this be attached?

Spraying quick start in opening by air filter....I can start it for a few seconds. Each pull seems to spill a bit of fuel on the ground .
