How to reference selected items from a smart list later on in the note?

In both our history section and our summary/plan of care section we have a smart list for functional limitations. Currently I have to either select the same entries a second time or copy and paste from earlier into the note. Is there a way to have a field in the summary section that will automatically pull forward what I select in the earlier smart list? TIA.

What are these things in my window wells and do I need to clean this green stuff off?

They look like some kind of drainage pipe, do I need to keep these clear or should they have some kind of cap? Is the broken one a major concern?

Why couldn’t Mike Awesome just drop the belt directly to Dreamer?

Like how is losing the belt to a WWF guy more palatable than losing it to an ECW guy? WWF is a bigger competitor, I would think WCW would be more against this. Dreamer could have taken Taz’s spot in the three way or it could have been one on one with Awesome.
