I got my first flat tire in my CPO 2025 x7. I didn’t buy the tire warranty. Do I need to go to the dealer to get it fixed/replaced or can I go to discount tire?
Any other advice related to tires? I always see posts on tires but don’t remember what the advice is.
For those of you who’ve been promoted in professional staff roles (non-attorney), have you been able to negotiate comp when moving into a new title? If so, when does that conversation usually happen?
At my firm, promotions and raises are communicated at the same time, so by the time you find out you’re being promoted, you’re also told your new salary. That makes it feel like there’s no opportunity to negotiate.
Do firms ever build in room for negotiation, or is it typically a “take it or leave it” situation?
