Question.. While Waiting for a response for my roblox appeal and or my midr. could i use an alternative account and ban evade? if so what are the steps to doing this safely and what could happen if the alternative account receives an enforcement ban?
If someone has their account terminated. Can they just file a right to be forgotten and have every tracker deleted from their system and then create a new account?
Like can players just file a right to be forgotten and have their hash deleted if theyre id verified and have every tracker deleted? And just proceed to create a new account id verify like its an entirely new identity like is that possible or am i stupid?
About 12 months ago i was terminated due to a decal. Decal was approved, violation was removed, reason stated “Other”. But the account was not restored and yes the decal is indeed bad due to it including a dark humorous joke.
11 months after my ban i submitted another appeal stating the decision has already been made just not implemented and instead of receiving a rejection or approval the approved decal was removed and any linked account to my terminated account was banned which were about 6-7(no pun intended)
So now i am wondering what i should submit an appeal about? Im afraid to admit guilt since i was an immature teen and it was 4-5 am so i was pretty tired on roblox studio and i did not know decal objects that have images put into them get saved and published. I planned to delete it later as well.
I have 6 months from now to appeal the account. What should i do give me your opinions. And please if you are someone who is an expert at appeals i would really appreciate it if you dm me.
I recieved this reply 33 days ago and until now i havent heard back i replied to the email 2 days ago asking when will i be hearing from a specialist but no reply till now should i submit a new appeal and should the appeal be a follow up or on the same topic
So about 11 months ago i got terminated due to a decal, i appealed the decal when they had their ai support system for asset appeals it got rejected like 20 times but finally it got accepted but the account never got restored, roblox responded to my original account appeal 5 days later and stated they will not give the account back, i showed them the appeal approval but they were ignorant and did not approve, but whats weird is that the violation arent in the account anymore and the reason changed from “child endangerment” to “Other” and i realized that later on like 10 months after the ban, so i appealed through “account hacked/ cant log in” and chose “other login issues” my appeal was straight forward i stated that it is not an appeal rather a technical error and mentioned eu laws since my account location is in italy.
I got this email and waited and its been maybe 27 days should i reply to it or wait?
And do i have a chance of getting the account back?
Also i showed proof of asset approval i attached an image of the email sent.
I was banned due to a decal i posted on june 30th 2025. I spam appealed the asset option and got rejected 19 times but eventually got an approval, the violation even disappeared from the Violations & Appeals page, but the ban never got lifted. Every time i tried appealing after that i got told it was over the 30 day mark or that the account was already reviewed. I sent a lot of appeals and always got the same automated sounding responses from the same names like “Mario”. Now i appealed through “account hacked or cant log in” > “other login issues” and explained that this is not an appeal but a database malfunction since the asset was approved before the 30 days, and that the account should be reinstated.
Im not sure but according to gemini i have like a 70% chance of getting unbanned since the decision has been made and any glitch is the platforms liability i wish i lived in the eu though i couldve filed an out of court complaint
What do you guys think is my information correct or is the account probably long gone i feel like i have a chance since it’s a new response, meaning a human will review it
