I apologize for the semi blurry photos my camera isn’t the best and wouldn’t focus. But does anyone know what’s wrong with her eye? She just molted today and noticed one of her eyes is black and her molt has black in it too which yesterday she was fine and her eyes weren’t black so I don’t know what happened during her molt to cause this. I’m worried it’s an infection. She’s moving fine and looking around.

So I’m going out of state for a wedding soon and I’ll be gone for 4 nights. I recently got a baby praying mantis and I feed her everyday and I’m just worried about if she will be ok if I’m not here to feed her for 4 nights until I get back? Or should I bring her on the plane with me but idk if that would stress her out. Anyway I think I just need reassurance she will be fine until I get back or not. Thanks!
I just got this praying mantis a week ago and it molted today! I’m not sure how old it is but I know it’s young and I can’t wait to see if it’s a girl or a boy. But it’s name is Kiwi 🥝
