The album title is "Power to Women" by Madosini, a South African artist. If you love Animal Collective, particularly around the Sung Tongs and Merriweather eras, you very much owe it to listen to their amazing inspirations.
I've linked one of the songs here, but it's not the one sampled by AnCo. If you don't know already, have fun discovering it for yourself by listening to the full album! the sample in question is like the main backbone of an entire AnCo track, so it's hard to miss.

This always stood out to me as one of the "scariest" Animal Collective songs. Avey's voice sounds filled with overwhelming grief, yet it also seems angry or almost even wrathful, like he's casting a 100 year curse on an entire kingdom or something.
