Evening all, I'm just back from a few days in the lakes, I love just South of Newcastle and want to explore the North Pennines more this summer/winter. Haven't really gone out on it since moving up north a couple of years back.
I suppose what I'm asking is where's good to start off with and pitch for a night?
A year ago I was 150kg (330lb), 12 months later, I'm 99kg (218lb) and I've been slowly getting into running.
Today is the first time I've completed a full 5k on the treadmill without stopping or slowing once! I'm so freaking excited!
It's been a Horrible road to get here, and if you're on this journey yourself, you're not alone and you can do it!
