Going for my first 36 hours. Any tips?

EDIT: I hit 45 hours. You guys were right this was pretty damn easy! I only broke because I met up with my sister to go to a concert and we grabbed a bite to eat beforehand.

Not new to fasting, as I've been doing intermittent fasting for almost 2 and half years now. Usually do 16-8, but sometimes I'll do 18 or even 20 hours. Lost a ton of weight doing that. I work out a lot but my last bit of stubborn belly fat has been sticking around no matter how hard I try from what I can tell it's due to the stress of my life which is a separate issue) so this is my attempt to finally burn it off for good. My longest fast ever was 33 hours but I'm shooting for 36 as I haven't fasted this long in a while, and I feel great. My anxiety is reduced to almost nothing and brain fog is gone.

I know I'm not a newbie but I've never gone as long as 36 hours and I might try and go longer. Does anyone have any tips for staying safe?

Of course I'm drinking my water and having a zero sugar soda here and there to keep the hunger at bay. I'll be doing my usual stuff such as getting at least 15k steps a day and lifting at the gym.
