I thrifted this tape ages ago. the cover is professionally printed, but the tape is... as you see. I think some of my relatives in other countries have told me that this is pretty much what all their commercial tapes looked like. Anyone recognize this style of pre-recorded tape?

I was a Kickstarter supporter of Moza's Slypod Pro for cameras back in 2021. I've been trying to reach them for literally years because the Pro stopped taking a charge almost immediately. I'd try the support email (facebook, etc.) every once in a while - last time was in December. I have yet to receive an answer.
It's surprising since they appear to still be in business. I also supported their first Slypod and bought two of their camera gimbals, so I've spent a bunch of money with them. I shouldn't have to work this hard to get meaningful tech support.
Do any of you know a better way to contact Moza? I'd be grateful for any advice.
