I recently started getting my ears pierced. I have an industrial in my right ear and I just had a transverse lobe done in my left which I absolutely adore!! Can you guys please recommend piercings that are kinda 'unique' or 'weird'?

Can I take my industrial piercing out after 5 days? I realized this piercing wasn't for me and I didn't want to go through the healing process. It is currently swollen and reddish, but nothing unusual. It hurts like hell of course, but that is something I was aware it would happen.
