for students, don't waste your tuition credits

if you’re in college or university and didn't make enough income to owe taxes, your T2202 tuition credits carry forward automatically

but a lot of students don't realize you can transfer up to $5,000 of current-year unused tuition amounts to a parent, grandparent, or spouse to give them an immediate tax break now instead of hoarding it all for later

tried logging into my cra account this morning and it says my access is revoked out of nowhere. is the phone line usually super backed up on Mondays or is there a faster way to get unlocked?
