Trying to find the exact manufacture date on this used truck I’m looking at, which is conveniently ripped.

Any advice on how to look this up?

You guys may have seen me make another post here, I’ve narrowed down my searches to 2 ‘16 super duty’s. Both are a little ways away from me so trying to do as much research as possible before I make the ride out to do some test drives.

This truck came back as a 1 owner CARFAX with some service records, but spent its entire life in MD and northern VA region.

Should I be worried about rust in these regions? I’m aware of the fender flares being used to prevent or cover up some issues, but wondering if it’s truly something to be worried about from these states. As someone from a good bit further south, we are scared of rust lol. Anyone willing to speak on how bad the rust can be on trucks from here before I make the decision to ride out and see this in person?

What’re our thoughts on this? Really good price compared to other stuff in my area. Claims the only after market is deleted.

180k on the dash, about a 1.5hr drive from me. Worth checking out?
