In the past 4 months I've acquired neighbors from hell with loud music, barking dogs, screaming children up to and occasionally midnight. Right now they're having a deafening party which somehow includes a goat(!) They also burn construction equipment lighting that blinds my house even though we're a couple hundred yards away from them.
What recourse do I have inside of city limits?
