Love love steak but disappointed in the options

I loveeee steak. When im having a bad day or on my period i love me a juicy medium rare steak. I genuinely think it’s my favourite food. But i find the steak in Bangalore to be very underwhelming for such a big city. Also i notice that a lot of people have a problem with me eating steak. Would love recs and yalls experiences.

What is a good reason to believe in god and religion?

Im 24 and an atheist, always have been. I have looked into religion and read a lot of religious commentary (mostly abrahamic). I have also dabbled in philosophy, metaphysics etc. I genuinely see no reason to be a theist. I would like to listen to other perspectives and arguments.

Failure to understand the mentality of people who harass others in public

Im a 24 year old woman who works out everyday. I go running on the regular and live in a pretty remote place as of now. I’ve been running for almost 10 years and this is a repeated occurrence. Men on the road, especially ones in vehicles will constantly catcall me and stare at me. Truck drivers, men on bikes will honk and flash their headlights until I’m disoriented. And before anyone asks no I’m running off the road mostly so I am not in their way.

I’ve also had instances when men will follow me to talk to me and threaten me for absolutely no reason. They ask me to get into their car etc. This has also happened to me outside of working out but lets stick to this.

Do these individuals just see me working out and decide to disturb me or is there another reason?

Failure to understand overwhelming support for right wing politics

Every time I open this app, I see people blindly idolizing Modi and the BJP like they’re beyond criticism. I come from a Hindu family myself, but I’m atheist, so maybe I don’t have the emotional attachment a lot of supporters seem to.

What I genuinely don’t understand is how people ignore things like the Gujarat riots, demonetisation, the handling of institutions like BSNL, rising polarization, etc., and still treat Modi like some flawless strongman figure. And before someone says it; no, this isn’t me defending Congress or Rahul Gandhi either. Indian politics overall has a leadership problem.

But the level of hero worship around right-wing politics and “Hindutva savior” narratives honestly feels irrational to me. I’m open to hearing counterarguments, but blind political devotion for any party is something I’ll never respect.
