SwitchBot app will not let me add the Lock Vision or Lock Vision Pro

Just as the title says, I cannot add the Lock Vision or Lock Vision Pro via the app.

When you first open the app, it prompts you to create an account. Fair. When I do so, it asks you to add a new device on the home page. Typical. When you click "Add a device", it brings up their whole product line. It let's me click on any device to go into the process of adding it except for either the "Lock Vision"(which is what I have) or the "Lock Vision Pro". When I click on either of these, it says "Loading" for a split second, and then nothing happens. Any other product, it goes into a screen that walks you through how to add the product. But the Lock Vision and Pro, it just says "Loading" for like a quarter of a second and then nothing happens no matter how many times you click it. Even if you try to click on the device when it's discovered via Bluetooth, same thing. And if you take the battery out of the device to see if BT was for whatever reason causing the issue, no luck.

When I first installed the app, I signed up with an Apple account. After experiencing this issue, thinking it may be account related, I then uninstalled and reinstalled the app and then created a whole new account with my Google account. Same issue. I then rebooted my phone, same issue.

And even still, it's not just the Vision, but the Vision Pro as well. Both products. I'm going to chalk this up as these being new devices, and the devs changing something in the app for these devices without proper testing. But I haven't found anyone else having this issue but me. I don't have a spare phone to test with unfortunately, but I do have a fairly new iPhone 17 Pro.

Is this a good deal for a Dream Machine?

Found this on eBay, figured 9 stories and 3 characters were pretty decent specs for the price
