I have tried looking up some videos or guides and in some the team is described as an option, but I have not found actual gameplay. I am kind of a casual player in terms of combat so some help would definitely be appreciated!

Hey yall! I am not really that new to the game (started in Nov), but I have been saving for the units and their teams I want from Lahai Roi so I only have these two dpses. I came from other hoyo games so I am not really that familiar with WuWa's endgame design.
From what I seem to be understanding, I need around 4 teams in total to cover the entire tower of adversity? Can anyone enlighten me and maybe explain this mode a bit better to me? With Whimpering Wastes, I seem to understand it a lot easier as you just have to use 2 teams and there is no vigor mechanic. Thanks in advance :)
P.S. I know I should have used Sanhua in the Hiyuki team but I totally forgot about her and I am too lazy to go back just for one more star lol.
