Is there anything fun to do for a widower. I am not fond of the heat. Love crafts and I really need to get out of the house and meet people. Suggestions

My husband passed away in November and it’s been rough. My son has helped out a lot by moving in. However, parents decided to move to Florida to be close to my brother so now it’s just me here in Arkansas. 48 and a widow is tough.

I have a question. I’m new to this as in I’ve only used it a total of four times from a vape pen. The first three were ok. This last time it hit me bad. I was sweating to the point it started a panic attack and I was dizzy tingling and nauseous. Then came the throwing up due to my head spinning. Never had this happen. I did take three hits before eating. No clue but needless to say now I’m scared and not doing it again. It lasted like forever. It was not fun. I have sleep gummies to try and now I’m scared. Suggestions???
