Unsure if I should have a convo with boss re: the work given to me by his junior employee?

Context: Working as a legal assistant, supporting two execs (one is a lawyer the other is not) and I'm talking about the lawyer and the attorney he recently hired in this case.

The attorney has been asking me to draft certain legal notices which does fall into the scope of my job (I re-checked my job description). It has happened 3 times including today. The first time, I helped draft these legal docs and I've done them before but it takes me some time to do them. The second time she asked, I was slammed with things to do from the non legal boss that I couldn't even answer this attorney's email until the next day. She drafted them herself.

Today she asked for me to do it, I said I do have this meeting with my non legal boss and it's an hour. I have 3 hours left on the workday. She said it's fine I can do it after. So I drafted it and it takes me a bit because 1. i'm not an attorney 2. I double check and check because I've made mistakes before and I want to do it right and 3. I check and check and check.

When my meeting with the non boss ends, I start drafting. Again, I'm taking awhile, the attorney emails me if I'm almost done which is 20minutes until 6pm. I reply I have 4 more to do. I finish right at 6 and email her that I'm done. 10minutes pass, she emails me that I used the wrong template for these documents and tells me to please revise. I had no idea it was the wrong template because it was the one I had used before, she explains it doesn't have the updated language. I want to rip my hair out.

So I said yes I can revise but we need to split the work as it will take me long (again I'm not an attorney clearly and I messed up). So we do.

My problem:

I don't like that I'm taking "orders" from her, does that even fall within my job like on paper I only have 2 bosses. But like is he aware that she is giving this work to me or has he told her to give it to me? I have my 1:1 with him tomorrow and I'm just having a hard time on how to frame this question?

When I first started this job, I was tricked into doing a paralegal's work and didn't know it wasn't my responsibility until I asked my non legal boss that it has been taking up my time. So I basically don't want the same thing to happen again. Any advice?
