Some lfs consist of things like : humming bird, Indian lepord, horse, merry minstrel, the pink butterfly and yellow butterfly and much much more!
Some pets like munchkin and alley and collie ect are not for these pets unless u want a suvier downgrade of htt pets 🤣 there for my better pets that im not downgrading! So just ignore those types
But im downgrading/ upgrading these pets for the randoms im looking for! Dont mind being a bit over as there not the best of pets
I have a few LFs but lmk if anyone’s intrested first. I just want them gone and it’s normally collectors who want these types of pets.

Hey there I’m Liz! I’m new to the house trading/ building community and from my so far experience I’d like to believe I’m quite good at building interior houses but I’m not amazing at outside as a result I have a few questions,
How many builds do I need in portfolio before I start trying commission?
What styles are most liked?
Are coms done through build a friend or do you build the house then trade it to them?
Is doings coms easier then making random houses to trade in trading servers?
Do people commision interior builds? Or are most of the exterior and interior?
Are coms worth more than random builds?
How should I value my builds? This part gets me the most.

Not really sure of value but I’m lf atleast 7+ because of the amount of detail and mannequins. Spent like a day and a half building it, around 30k was used completely broke in bucks after this one 😂😂 as you can see! (First house gothic one)
Second house in lf atleast 10+ value for because PLUSHIES ARE SO HARD MAN. And again mannequins and a few pet displays I havnt put pets on yet, no clue how much I spent on this one I made it on my alt and traded it to my main so the removed furniture doesn’t tell me anymore but ik it was more than the gothic house.
Both homes have afk chairs by the door & in the grind rooms, both houses are tiny glitch houses!

Made these two the past 3 days one has plushies and a cute vibe the other is supposed to be a gothic kinda house, both have outfit rooms, & grind rooms and are both glitch houses made from scratch.
