Our next cruise is about paid off so I started casually browsing for our 2027 cruise. My wife used to gamble so we got decent but not great deals from Carnival. Good prices but not free cruises or anything crazy. She hasn't gambled in years so I've been looking at other lines for when those deals dry up. We don't want to fly next year so looked at Port Caniveral particularly at the new ship coming but nothing spoke to me. Then I looked at the other ships. They had a 14 day trip on the Firenze for a crazy deal. Ports they never go to that would absolutely be new to us. I figured it would be a no from my better half do to her being able to get that time off of work, not an issue for me. She said they would have to figure it out for the deal that it was. 14 days in a balcony for $1190 all in. Included drinks on us everywhere for both of us and $300 in OBC. I just couldn't believe the deal and is truly a bucket list worthy item. I can't see us being able to do this again until we are retired. Haven't been this excited for a cruise since our first.
