I am solo practitioner and I have this client where she was dismissed from service as per Order of the Ombudsman way back 2015.

Now, the RTC dismissed the criminal aspects of the case due to demurrer to evidence.

Can the order of the Ombudsman be reversed? And allow my client to recover unpaid wages and benefits? Or wala na dahil final na yung admin case for dismissal.
