2004 6.0 powerstroke chugging

We've had this truck in and out the shop 5 times trying to get this crazy chugging problem solved... It's had over $20,000 worth of work. It's been completely torn down and re-sealed, studded, new injectors, new fuel lines, fuel tank cleaned out... It's kind of sporadic, it seems to happen when the truck is warmed up, and when you're using the shifter a lot. Think backing up to a trailer, slow in reverse, forward a little bit, backwards a little bit, put it in park, then it starts chugging. sometimes when you rev it really hard it stops. It's one of the most reputable Diesel shops in the area that has been working on the truck

They said they tested the ficm voltage, I'm not sure if it was tested while the truck is chugging like that or not..

Any input or things to ask the shop about would be greatly appreciated!!

Broken power pole swaying in the wind

I called and emailed DTE a few weeks ago when I noticed this pole slightly leaning, they said crews were sent out to investigate and that they fixed it. Cue the wind last night
