I tried contacting Nissan directly and they flat out denied me with no proposed alternatives. I read on here other people getting a successful buy-back on their first try, others were successful with a lawyer.
So ... anyone in Colorado have a successful experience arguing for a buy-back for the NHTSA Recall 24V-700? If so, would you mind sharing how you went about it and if you used a lawyer, share their contacts? I really need my Level-3 charging!
