Any Idea whats wrong here?

Im getting an edge off of the top layer that seems to look like the print head goes too far as it extends past the wall as shown in the photo (top of curve). I have ironing on but there is no difference if I adjust the ironing inset, which is why I believe it was happening prior to ironing (could be wrong though). I have also tried adjusting top layer flow, ironing flow, and line width. Any help is appreciated.

P1S, PLA, .4 nozzle

Edit: This is happening on 1 of 5 printers and only is certain curved sections, not on every curve. I have re-calibrated with the same results.

Details:

Thanks in advance for your help. I have a trip coming up in going from US -> Europe -> Africa -> US (return) and purchased seperate flight tickets for each country (all 3 are different airlines bought at seperate times). My initial flight to Europe used United miles, and the fee was payed with the United Eplorer card. I was confused when researching and Im wondering if I need supplimental insurance based on the questions below.

Questions:

  1. From what I understand, United Explorer Travel Insurance will be active, and cover the entire trip back to the US. Is that correct?

  2. I am concerned about possible flight cancellations due to fuel shortages. Does the United Explorer card cover anything if my flight from Europe -> Africa gets impacted due to this? If so, what, and what gets left out?
