Has anyone successfully moved 100% of an account from Questrade to TD Easy Trade?

I’ve been stuck in a two-week ping-pong match between them:

1. TD keeps submitting the paperwork, but Questrade rejects it because TD is submitting it as a "Partial" transfer request (just to clarify, I do not have any fractional shares; I'm talking strictly about the transfer request type itself). Questrade automatically rejects this because they say a partial request can't be used for a full account sweep.
2. When I call TD, they insist their system won't let them send a "Full Transfer Request" for Easy Trade accounts.

I want to move the entire account over, but I'm stuck between Questrade saying the request type is wrong and TD saying they can't change it.

If you've managed to get past this, what specific steps, account codes, or instructions did you give TD so Questrade would accept the submission?

Any advice on how to break this loop with support would be a lifesaver.

I created my account using the promo code for the 3% cashback on the TD EasyTrade app, then completed the manual registration on their website a few days later. Now I’m 2 weeks in, and when I call the TD EasyTrade call center, the rep still can’t see my registration for the promotion.

Is this normal?? How did you guys make sure you were properly registered to avoid any issues with the payout?

A rep registered me for the 3% over the phone last week, but when I called in today, nobody could find my registration in the system. Pretty frustrating, to be honest.
