New to office chairs and looking to make my first big chair purchase. Would you guys say this is a good deal for this chair or maybe best to keep looking at other options?

I’m new here and completely new to the world of office chairs. After browsing this sub, it seems like buying used is often the best option.
I found a few chairs that seem like good deals, but I could use some help determining whether they’re actually worth it and if they’d be a good fit for me. For reference, I’m 6’3” and around 190 lbs.
