Migrating from 413j possible?

This might be a long shot but I have an old 413j from 2013, machine has finally died but all 4 drives seem to be ok. Can I just attempt to straight up migrate the drives to a new 423? Anything special I need to consider besides the usual instructions of swapping to the same bays and then letting the software do the work? Thank you!

Valve on irrigation system leaking around stem. Can I tighten this, or should I call a plumber?

Sprinkler guys turned on the system and there is a slow drip from this valve on backflow preventer. It is behind the valve handle, assuming from the valve stem. What’s the right way to approach this?
