I love Superman as a character but I have never actually read a comic book of his. I am a bit of a beginner with comics as I have only read Alan Moore stuff but I would love to expand my knowledge.

What would you recommend is a good comic book for Superman, something like the ultimate Superman comic that any fan should read? Either a classic or just any great story with Superman.

As the title says I am considering making a move to Worcester for work. As I do not know anyone there, I was wondering if Worcester is a good place for 20 year olds to move to.

I would be moving from a large city like Manchester, and would like to still have some social life. Though work will be demanding, an evening drink with a friend, or a cinema date would still be nice to have.
