So, I’ve noticed that there’s so many job openings on Linkedin, Indeed etc but it doesn’t make any sense when we apply to these jobs even though you have the experience, qualifications and probably tick all the right boxes. And still don’t get selected. Then I see posts of people complaining all the time so why are these jobs openings even put up if you’re not willing to hire?????
