How do I fix p0121??

Where do I set the timing when removing cam gears ? And can I just loosen the cam gears while the timing belt is still tensioned up before removing belt tensioner?

what’s a good trans cooler for my gs ? And should I get the temp switch as well?

Is the gates t215 timing belt good? or should I wait and get the Toyota one ?

is it recommended to run only oem camshaft seals ir can I run some from oreillys or autozone ? I’m trying to do it as soon as possible an Toyota says it takes few days for seals to come in
