Bellevue Downtown 1BR/1BA Lease Takeover
Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Alley 111 in Bellevue downtown from July 1 to October 30. It's a one bedroom and one bathroom. The original rent is $2380 ( + utility) per month and I will cover a portion (you only pay $1700 + utility per month). It has air conditioning and in-unit w/d. No furniture.
