Thinking of trading in our 22 Subaru Ascent Onyx for a Sienna. We have 2 kids ages 2 and 8 months.. so in car seats for quite some time. We recently travelled and, even with a car top carrier, the space in the Ascent was tight. Am I crazy to think the Sienna likely has more usable space and would be better on trips as well as day to day? (Obviously I recognize many are likely Sienna owners here.. very open to the bias that might bring!)

I am not someone who thought a minivan would make sense for us.. but help me convince myself it makes sense for the next few years!
