allowed to wfh pero internally not allowed because i have an event tomorrow. hr declared that we can wfh given the weather today, pero my team was against it since we still have an event to prepare for on thursday. the event isn’t even that serious, pero i just know gigisahin ako ng manager and team on thursday pag nag wfh ako ngayon porke malapit silang lahat sa office (idt theyll understand me kasi di kami close w each other). makonsensya pa ako mag-wfh kahit ako na yung pinakamalayo and binabaha. grabe this team

i have this manager sa office na DDS. okay naman kami before, as in may greetings pa every time magmessage siya. then nung pumutok yung coup sa senate, nakwento ko yung mga happenings sa senate tapos that manager admitted na DDS siya. natawa lang naman ako nang slight 😭 pero after nun parang iba na treatment niya sakin. wala nang greetings, lagi na akong iniipit sa emails kasama boss ko at head niya, tapos lagi na ako minamadali sa requests niya.

is it right na pag initan ka just because you have different political views or naoffend ko ba siya nung natawa ako na umaming dds siya.
