Is there a diplomacy bug when playing hot seat multiplayer?
Hey guys so after casually playing this game singleplayer for a while I finally found someone to play multiplayer with, and we booted up the hot seat multiplayer in normal HOMMIII Complete, not HOTA, and I chose Ryland strictly for Diplomacy reasons. However, it's month 5 in game and literally not a single creature has asked to join. What have I done wrong hahah?
