Im 16 years old. My mom scolds me about the smallest mistakes. Making a small mess in the house means getting shouted at. Since I was 5, I suffered emotional abuse from her. One example is about me not going to my bedroom early to sleep. She spanked me w a hanger until the top layer of my skin was torn off and shouted at me. I dont know what to do. Today, she was scolding me on and on because of me waking up "late" and because of my timid movement. I explained to her i was tired and sleepy cause i had allergies last night which kept me awake.
