I have been traveling around to different locations for med school. When I was in Nashville, my apartment had cockroaches. Since then, I have noticed what appear to be cockroach nymphs at every location. Are these cockroaches?

What should I do from here? I will be in the current house for the foreseeable future so I would like to solve this problem. I have two cats and would like any treatment to be safe for them.
